A book titled as “A
Glimpse on the Taxation History of Assam” , authored by me , will be published
on the 2nd March 2014 at 2.30 p.m. at the Lakhi Ram Barua Sadan (
Asam Sahitya Sabha Complex ) , Ambari, Guwahati-1

Anima Hazarika of the Gauhati High Court ( Retd) has kindly consented to grace
the occasion by her kind presence and to inaugurate the book.
Shri N.N. Barua, I.A.S. (
Retd ) , Ex-commissioner of Taxes, Assam has kindly consented to be the Chief
Guest of honour, while the renowned journalists and social workers, Shri Haider
Hussain and Shri Adip Kumar Phukan have also kindly agreed to participate in
the function as the distinguished guests of honour .
